​All BIMcraftHQ window families feature highly adjustable frames, while also allowing custom wall layer wrapping offsets. This enables the interior and exterior wall layers to be independently set to overlap the window frame the exact amount you need.

    Symbolic lines work such as swing lines work correctly, no matter what customisations you apply. Additionally, all line work has been assigned to the correct object styles, allowing quick adjustment of the line type or adoption of your current template settings. 

  • RECESSED SILL FOR FLUSH TRANSITIONS

    Are you trying to achieve a flush finish between your floor and sill frame? All our windows have the ability to enable a slab sill void. Simply use the cut tool between the window and slab to make your sections and details shine.

  • FLEXIBLE TAGGING OPTIONS

    ​If your work flow involves tagging hardware in view rather than through a schedule, the shared and nested nature of the door handles and locks, makes tagging them separately a breeze.

    ​All BIMcraftHQ windows are built around usability and the architectural work flow. Their use has been considered from Concept Design to Construction Documentation and include features to facilitate this progression.

    BIMcraftHQ window families are ready with shared parameters specific for window scheduling, including commonly required fields such as frame and glazing type, thermal, acoustic, and fire ratings, and sprinkler, smoke seal, and opening restrictor protection requirements.

    Test your windows against local planning requirements with with automated reporting of the Openable and Glazed Area in the instance properties of all our windows.
